Polly's and Simon's litter at 4 weeks old

What a delightful litter this litter of 8 is turning out to be. The pups are already going out of their whelping box to play and go to the bathroom! Softened food has been a real hit!

I'm impressed with this little 'medical team' and am looking forward to see how they develop and grow, especially as they get ready to blossom in their new homes!

All of these pups are spoken for. They can go home the end of August to the beginning of September.

Polly's and Simon's 8 F1B mini/medium goldendoodle pups born on June 26

Miss Polly went for a run on Friday and kept up with the rest of the pack. She didn't show the typical signs of labor, so I was a little surprised on Saturday morning to see her fresh pups being born a few days early. She was handling everything so well on her own -- for which I was very thankful!

The day before, we had taken Dean's Dad to the hospital. He wasn’t looking too good and gave us quite a scare with a diagnosis of double pneumonia. Fortunately, he's bouncing back nicely now, and we hope to visit him soon.

Given the events in our lives, we decided the theme for this litter would be hospital-inspired. So, the pups are named: Doc, Nurse, Tech, Specialist, Rehab, Triage, Surgeon, and Environmental Services (AKA housekeepers), but we'll call him Ernie! 😉 This is a little shout-out of thanks to our amazing medical professionals and support staff who are always there when we need them!

The pups' vet appointment is scheduled for August 12, and their evaluations will take place on August 13/14. Choosing will likely happen in person or via videos, photos, and phone calls. The selection process will be based on when deposits were received, and I’ll be in touch with each person to discuss timing.

Puppy pick-ups will be from August 25-27 or after September 3rd, as I plan to attend a dog trainers' conference in San Diego. All of these pups are spoken for.
