    If you are serious about purchasing a pup from Hearty K9s, and if we have accepted your application as a good fit with the Goldendoodle crossbreed, we will ask you for a $250 CAN non-refundable, deductible reservation fee to be placed on our waitlist.

    All of our pups are vet checked, are micro-chipped, have updated shots, are dewormed, come with a limited two year health guarantee and a two year guarantee for hip dysplasia. We gladly supply ongoing support for you and your new companion.

    The adoption form is here. Please complete the form digitally, then email it back to us. After reviewing your application, we'll contact you by phone or email to discuss your specific needs. Note that the contact information is what we use to transfer ownership of your puppy's microchip.
    Note: It's best to fill out the form on a laptop or computer. If you're using a phone or tablet, please follow these instructions.
