As we go through life and things change, sometimes we must re-evaluate if we are still on the right path and where we are meant to be.

The dog market has changed in the last couple of years post-COVID, and so has a lot in this world. I have been breeding for 20 years, and I was wondering if this is where I should continue to focus my time and energy. I am always willing to grow and learn; if that means changing careers, I am willing. There has been a lot of prayer, soul searching and waiting for answers these past couple of years. I recently read somewhere that you should pay attention to your heart and passions and listen to what people say about what you do. Immediately, I received fantastic confirmation in phone calls and emails from previous clients, my new web team, and spontaneous face-to-face conversations.

Even after 20 years, I am still excited about new pups and watching them develop and grow through their different phases. I love working with my clients to help prepare them for their new family member and doing my best to match the best pup for their lifestyle and wants. I have attained such valuable knowledge over the years of experience, and I love sharing that with anyone willing to listen!
Raising healthy and well-balanced Hearty k9s is a huge passion of mine. I love hearing about how Hearty K9s heal hearts, change lives, and improve this world.

Although I may not breed as many pups as I used to, I plan to be around for a while!
I am so thankful for the many Hearty K9 clients and followers over the years, countless loyal returning clients, those who refer and the Hearty K9s that strut their stuff and are my most prominent references.
My old webmaster, Ray (who passed away in July), did a great job over the last twenty years and taught me so much. Now, I am working with a fabulous new web team at Full Blast Creative, and they have created a modern, up-to-date website that still holds all the information we had, along with many fun new features. I hope you enjoy it, too!
